Terms of use, and what Casimo’s own terms say
Two different documents get confused under one heading, so this page keeps them apart. The first part is the terms for using this website. The second summarises what the operator's own terms say — the rules that actually decide what happens to a deposit — with the date each item was read.
What this website is
casimocasino.com is an independent information site about the Casimo casino brand. It is not the casino, it is not operated by the casino, and nothing here opens an account, holds money or accepts a bet. There is no registration, no cashier and no support desk on this site, because there is nothing here to support. Where a page links to the operator, that link is an affiliate link, described below.
Terms for using this site
Age and purpose. The content is written for adults of 18 or over — or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — and it is published for information. It is not advice to gamble, and it is not financial, legal or tax advice.
No gambling services are offered here. This site provides no games, no demo play, no balance and no way to deposit or withdraw. All of that happens on the operator's site under the operator's terms, not ours.
Accuracy and dates. Figures about the operator — deposit minimums, catalogue size, payout clauses, VIP thresholds — come from published sources, and the date of each check is stated beside the figure wherever it can change. Operators change terms without notice, so a number that was correct on the date shown may not be correct today. Where a claim cannot be verified, this site says so instead of filling the gap: there is no licence number published for this domain, and the licensing page sets out exactly what the regulator's register does and does not establish.
Affiliate links and compensation. Links to the operator may be affiliate links, and this site may receive compensation if a reader registers or deposits through one. That payment does not change what is written: the same pages state that no bonus package is published, that no licence number is shown for this domain, and that the operator's site no longer answers. Note also that an entry link can route to different companies in different countries, so what a reader in one country reaches is not necessarily what a reader in another reaches.
External links. Links to regulators, testing laboratories, reference works and help organisations are provided for verification. This site does not control those pages and is not responsible for their content.
Content and copyright. The text, tables and calculations here are this site's own work. Quoting a passage with a link back is fine; republishing pages wholesale is not. Brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used to identify what is being written about.
Liability. This site is provided as it is. It does not guarantee that a third party's figures are current, that an operator will honour its own terms, or that a payout will be made. Any decision to deposit money with a gambling operator is the reader's own, and so are its consequences.
What the operator's own terms say
These are the clauses that decide the fate of a deposit, summarised from the operator's General Terms and Casino Terms as published and read on 18 August 2026. They are the operator's rules, not this site's.

What cannot be re-checked right now
As of 27 September 2026 the operator's site does not respond: every path on casimo.com returns an empty 404, and the terms cannot be opened at source. The summary above therefore keeps its August 2026 date rather than being presented as current. Nothing on this site should be read as a recommendation to deposit at an operator whose site does not load.
Complaints
A complaint about this site — an error, an outdated figure, a page that misrepresents something — belongs here, and a correction will be published with its date. A complaint about the operator goes to the operator, and past it to the regulator named on the licence, with the licence number, the dates, the amounts and screenshots attached. Where money moved by card or bank transfer, the payment provider's own dispute process is a second route.
Responsible gambling
Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders and self-exclusion are the tools that work, and they work best set before a session rather than during a bad one. Gambling is entertainment with a negative expected value, not a way to make money: over any number of rounds the expected loss is stake × rounds × house edge.
